Registration & Payment
All participants must register prior to attending any class.
Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a spot.
Payments are non-refundable unless the class is canceled by the organizer.
Attendance & Make-Up Policy
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss essential instruction and may not be able to participate fully.
If a student misses a class, make-up sessions are not guaranteed but may be offered at the instructor’s discretion based on availability.
If a class is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, instructor illness), a make-up class or credit will be provided.
Age & Supervision Requirements
Classes are open to students within the specified age range listed in the course description.
For minors, a parent or guardian must sign a consent form prior to participation.
Parents/guardians are responsible for drop-off and pick-up of their children at designated times.
Safety & Conduct
Students are expected to follow all safety instructions, especially when handling tools such as scissors, needles, or sewing machines.
Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Repeated violations may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.
The organizer is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety guidelines.
Materials & Equipment
A list of required materials will be provided before class, if applicable.
Unless stated otherwise, basic materials and tools will be supplied. Students are responsible for any personal items they bring.
The organizer is not liable for lost or damaged personal property.
Media Release
By enrolling in our classes, you grant permission for photographs or videos taken during sessions to be used for promotional purposes, unless you opt out in writing before the start of the course.
Liability Waiver
Participation is at your own risk. The organizer, instructors, and venue are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the class.
Policy Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Participants will be notified of any major changes prior to their implementation.
